Rob has built his career fostering meaningful, long-lasting connections with clients. He began his professional career in business development for an array of corporations throughout the education, automotive, and fitness industries. In 2006, Rob left the corporate sphere in pursuit of his own management consulting business, BDCinMotion, a testament to his entrepreneurial nature and drive to be a changemaker. He decided to continue his professional growth in the automotive industry in 2010, working as the Director of Business Development for prominent auto retailers throughout the Greater Boston Area. Four years ago, Rob decided to make another career shift, moving to Sarasota to channel his skills and experience into the real estate industry.

Rob received his BA in Spanish Literature and Linguistics from the University of Lynchburg and spent his college career broadening his understanding of world cultures and international business. Upon graduation, he taught high school Spanish, wanting to spread both his passion for the culture and the benefits of learning another language. Originally from Connecticut, Rob has spent his life traveling the world and has acquired a distinct ability to genuinely connect with anyone with whom he crosses paths.
